How requests work / 요청 처리 안내
- Submit the email associated with your account or personal data.
- Our privacy administrator verifies your ownership separately, through a trusted contact method.
- After verification, we process the request or explain necessary legal, security, or audit retention exceptions.
이메일로 접수한 뒤 별도로 본인 확인을 진행합니다. 확인 후 삭제를 처리하며 법적 보존 사유가 있으면 안내합니다.
This form does not immediately delete an account. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, protected missionary names, prayer requests or locations.

Deletion scope and retention
Verified account deletion ordinarily removes account credentials, profile details, personal comments/reactions, preferences, and personal uploads. Shared ministry content and information subject to legal, security or audit obligations may require separate review or limited retention; we will disclose applicable exceptions. Deactivation is not deletion.
You may ask to remove specific data without deleting your entire account. Requests are checked before removal to protect both account owners and missionaries.
