Child Safety Standards / 아동 보호 기준
Hanuri Missions (the app listed as “Hanuri Missions” on Google Play, developer John Yoon) is a church-community app for authorized members, including teenagers and adults. Protecting children and teens is a core commitment. These standards explain prohibited conduct, how to report concerns, and how we respond.
한우리 선교 앱(구글 플레이 등록 이름 “Hanuri Missions”, 개발자 John Yoon)은 청소년과 성인을 포함한 승인된 교회 공동체 구성원을 위한 앱입니다. 아동·청소년 보호는 우리의 핵심 원칙입니다. 아래 기준은 금지 행위, 신고 방법 및 대응 절차를 안내합니다.
1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) / 아동 성적 학대 및 착취 절대 금지
Hanuri Missions explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in all forms. No member may create, upload, share, solicit, or facilitate abusive or exploitative content or conduct involving a person under 18, including:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including sexual images or videos exploiting a minor.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, or sexualized communication directed toward a minor.
- Sextortion or threats involving a minor's real or alleged intimate images.
- Trafficking, advertising, or otherwise facilitating sexual exploitation of a child.
Hanuri Missions는 모든 형태의 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)를 명시적으로 금지합니다. 만 18세 미만의 아동·청소년을 대상으로 성착취물을 제작·게시·공유하거나 이를 요구·조장하는 행위 및 다음 행위는 허용되지 않습니다.
- 아동 성착취물(CSAM)의 제작, 게시, 공유 및 유포
- 아동·청소년 대상 그루밍, 성적 접근, 성적 대화 또는 요구
- 아동·청소년의 실제 또는 허위 사적 이미지를 이용한 협박과 성적 갈취
- 아동·청소년의 성착취를 위한 인신매매, 광고 또는 알선
We do not tolerate these violations. Responsible accounts may be restricted or permanently removed, and we report confirmed CSAM to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.
이러한 위반 행위에 대해서는 계정 이용 제한 또는 영구 정지 등의 조치를 취하며, 확인된 아동 성착취물은 관련 법률에 따라 관계 기관에 신고합니다.
2. How to report a child safety concern / 아동 보호 관련 신고 방법
In the app: Signed-in members can open the flag-shaped Feedback / 피드백 control from an authenticated app tab or choose Report a problem in account settings. Choose Other / 기타 and describe the safety concern. Use this in-app form to describe the concern. If you cannot submit the report, please use the child safety email address below.
앱 내 신고: 로그인한 사용자는 앱 화면의 깃발 모양 피드백(Feedback) 버튼 또는 계정 설정의 문제 신고 메뉴를 이용할 수 있습니다. 유형에서 기타(Other)를 선택하고 아동 보호 관련 내용을 설명해 주세요. 앱 안에서 신고 내용을 작성해 주세요. 제출할 수 없는 경우에는 아래 아동 보호 담당 이메일로 연락해 주세요.
By email: Send concerns to our designated child safety contact, support@hanurimissions.org, with the subject Child Safety Report. Explain what happened and where it appeared, without including passwords, private missionary details, or identifying information about children that is not necessary for a safe report.
이메일 신고: support@hanurimissions.org로 제목을 Child Safety Report로 하여 연락해 주세요. 문제 상황과 앱 내 위치를 설명하시되, 비밀번호나 불필요한 아동 신상정보, 민감한 선교사 정보는 적지 마세요.
Do not download, forward, or attach suspected CSAM. Report its location or context instead. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services first.
아동 성착취물로 의심되는 자료를 다운로드하거나 전달 또는 첨부하지 마세요. 자료가 발견된 위치와 상황만 알려주세요. 아동에게 즉각적인 위험이 있다면 먼저 지역 경찰 또는 긴급 구조 기관에 연락하세요.
3. How we respond to CSAM and CSAE / 신고 및 위반 사항 대응 절차
When we become aware of suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), we review the report, take appropriate steps to prevent continued harm, promptly remove prohibited material when identified, and restrict or remove accounts responsible for violations. We preserve relevant evidence only as required or permitted for investigation and reporting, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
We maintain a process for reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline or the relevant regional authority, as applicable under law.
아동 성착취물(CSAM) 또는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)가 의심되는 사실을 인지하면 신고 내용을 검토하고 추가 피해를 막기 위한 조치를 취합니다. 금지된 콘텐츠가 확인되면 신속히 삭제하고 위반 계정을 제한하거나 정지합니다. 조사 및 신고에 필요한 증거는 관련 법률이 요구하거나 허용하는 범위에서만 보존하며, 법에 따른 관계 기관의 요청에 협조합니다.
확인된 아동 성착취물은 관련 법률에 따라 미국 실종·착취아동센터(NCMEC) 사이버팁라인 또는 해당 지역의 관계 기관에 신고하는 절차를 운영합니다.
4. Protecting minors in our community / 교회 공동체의 아동·청소년 보호
Hanuri Missions is intended for authorized church-community members and is not directed to children under 13. Teenagers aged 13–17 may participate with adults in appropriate mission and prayer activities. All members must follow these standards when posting, commenting, or communicating through the app.
We limit the personal information requested from members to information needed to operate the app, as explained in our Privacy Policy. A parent or guardian may request review or removal of a minor's content or account by emailing support@hanurimissions.org.
Hanuri Missions는 승인된 교회 공동체 구성원을 대상으로 하며, 만 13세 미만의 아동을 대상으로 제공되지 않습니다. 만 13~17세 청소년은 성인과 함께 적절한 선교 및 기도 활동에 참여할 수 있습니다. 모든 구성원은 게시, 댓글 및 앱 내 소통에서 이 보호 기준을 준수해야 합니다.
앱 운영에 필요한 범위의 개인정보만 수집하며, 자세한 사항은 개인정보 처리방침을 참고해 주세요. 부모 또는 보호자는 support@hanurimissions.org로 연락하여 미성년자의 콘텐츠 또는 계정에 대한 검토·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
